SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Occasionally it is necessary to substitute flowers due to variations in supply across the country and seasonal availability. We strive to retain the value and the integrity of the item you have chosen, paying particular attention to colour scheme. All of our arrangements are designed using the season’s best assortment of flowers that are available. The vase shape and size may also be substituted occasionally based on availability.

Delivery Term

At Billies, our delivery window is between 1:30PM – 4:30PM Monday through Saturday.  If you would like your flowers delivered outside of this delivery time, please call the shop to arrange delivery.  Orders must be placed by 1:30pm online for same day delivery within Squamish, Valley cliffe, Garibaldi Highlands, Brakendale, Brittania Beach, Furry Creek, Paradise Valley and Squamish Valley.  For later deliveries please call the shop and we will do our best to accommodate your order.  We only deliver to Whistler Monday through Friday and require a minimum of 24 hours notice.  Pemberton deliveries require 48 hours notice and must be called in to the shop. We deliver to Pemberton Monday through Friday.

For online orders, Billies Flower House will call the recipient in advance to confirm the address and arrange a delivery time. If you would like us to leave the flowers without calling first, you must write those instructions in the order notes section during the checkout process.

Please note that if flowers are left based on your instructions, Billies is not responsible for anything that may happen to them, should the incorrect address be provided or the recipients be out of town.  If we call the recipient and cannot speak with them to confirm the address and delivery time, we will continue to call until we can reach them.  We do not attempt delivery unless we have spoken to the recipient unless you have instructed us to do so.
